We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use each App for your personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard end-user license terms and these Terms.
Some features are offered through auto-renewing subscriptions or one-time purchases, billed through the Apple App Store. Pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation are managed through your Apple ID account settings, in accordance with Apple's terms.

Each App, its content, and its trademarks are owned by Quaruty LLC or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
Our Apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that any App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose, including medical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quaruty LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of an App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of an App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
